Beautiful set : Skip Hop Mod Dot Crib Bedding 4 Piece Set, Mod Dot

This is a beautiful bedding set, perfect for my first son in his red and aqua nursery. The background is not an off white as other reviewers have described in the comforter, bumper, and dust ruffle; the crib sheet is the only piece in which I notice a slight off white background. The rest has a beautiful white background. The dots are definitely more masculine colors than neutral, I wouldn't choose this set if you were going the neutral route. The bedding is super soft sateen, especially the sheet. The micro fleece on the back of the comforter is super soft, albeit a little darker color than the aqua in the bumper and dots. The bumper ties are super strong, secure, and short- I didn't have to cut any extra length off. Although I love this set, I had to rate it 4 stars because of the high price and also a manufacturing issue; my dust ruffle came with a small 1" hole at the seam. luckily I know how to sew and it's only on the dust ruffle where you can't see it. Not something you should expect from a $200 bedding set though! Overall though, I'm very happy I bought this bedding for my baby boy, it is beautiful.
